Λόγω των εκτάκτων συνθηκών που προέκυψαν μετά την οριστικοποίηση της ημερομηνίας των εθνικών εκλογών στις 25/06/2023, η Olympus Marathon αναδιαμορφώνει το πρόγραμμα των αγώνων της ως εξής:
Οι αγώνες της Κυριακής 25/6 («Κόψη των Αετών» και Melindra) μεταφέρονται ως εξής:
Παρασκευή 23/6 – Melindra (5km, +180m)
Σάββατο 24/6 – «Κόψη των Αετών» (12.5km, +480m)
Οι υπόλοιποι αγώνες (Olympus Vertical, Olympus Marathon, Olympus Ultra) θα πραγματοποιηθούν στις ημερομηνίες και ώρες που είχαν αρχικά προγραμματιστεί.
Στην περίπτωση που κάποιοι αθλητές των αγώνων «Κόψη των Αετών» και Melindra επιθυμούν να ακυρώσουν τη συμμετοχή τους μπορούν να ζητήσουν :
επιστροφή όλου του ποσού που κατέλαβαν (μείον τα έξοδα της τράπεζας)
αποστολή του πακέτου αθλητή με έξοδα της διοργάνωσης
μεταφορά συμμετοχής στον ίδιο αγώνα του 2024.
Όλες οι αλλαγές μπορούν να γίνουν στέλνοντας email στο info@olympus-marathon.com μέχρι το κλείσιμο των εγγραφών.
Νέα ημερομηνία κλεισίματος εγγραφών ορίζεται Δευτέρα 5 Ιουνίου 2023.
Αναλυτικό πρόγραμμα και λοιπές λεπτομέρειες θα ανακοινωθούν το αμέσως επόμενο διάστημα.

ANNOUNCEMENT
Due to the extraordinary circumstances that arose after the finalization of the date of the national elections on June 25, 2023, the Olympus Marathon is restructuring the program of the event as follows:
The races of Sunday, June 25 («Eagles’ Ridge» and Melindra) are transferred as follows:
Friday, June 23 – Melindra (5km, +180m)
Saturday, June 24 – «Eagles’ Ridge» (12.5km, +480m)
The races Olympus Vertical, Olympus Marathon, Olympus Ultra will take place on the dates and times originally scheduled.
In case that some athletes of the “Eagles’ Ridge” and Melindra races wish to cancel their participation, they can request:
refund of the entire amount taken (minus the bank’s expenses)
sending the athlete’s package at the organization’s expense
transfer of participation to the same race in 2024.
All changes can be made by emailing info@olympus-marathon.com until registration closes.
The new registration closing date is set for Monday, June 5, 2023.
Detailed new program will be announced within the next days.
